Used Tire Sale — Terms & Conditions
Effective July 14, 2026 · Big Lake S&S Service, Inc.
All used tires sold and/or installed by S&S Service are sold “AS-IS” and “WITH ALL FAULTS.” S&S Service makes no representation, guarantee, or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the condition, performance, remaining tread life, structural integrity, or safety of any used tire, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
By accepting delivery of and/or authorizing installation of a used tire, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to the following:

No Warranty or Guarantee
The used tire is sold without any warranty or guarantee of any kind. S&S Service assumes no responsibility for tire failure, blowout, tread separation, defect, or any other condition arising after the point of sale or installation.

Assumption of Risk
Customer understands that used tires carry inherent risks not present in new tires, including but not limited to prior wear, hidden damage, and reduced structural integrity, and Customer voluntarily assumes all such risk by choosing a used tire.

Release of Liability
Customer, for themselves, their heirs, successors, and assigns, releases, waives, and discharges S&S Service, its owners, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liability, demands, or causes of action — whether known or unknown — arising out of or related to the used tire, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or death, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Sole Responsibility of Customer
Customer is solely responsible for monitoring the condition of the used tire following installation and for any decision to continue using it.

Acknowledgment
Customer confirms they have read and understood these terms, have had the opportunity to ask questions, and voluntarily agree to these conditions as a condition of purchase.
By signing below, or by making payment for services rendered, Customer acknowledges acceptance of these Terms and Conditions in full.
